We had one week with temperatures around 104F (40ÂșC), it was really hot. The outdoor activities like walking, riding the bike or running were put aside. We had red alert (maximum) from the health department due to high temperatures and its risks to our health.

The temperature was so high that even inside the house was impossible to exercise. Not having AC is terrible with this weather. Even if I had fitness equipment at home I wouldn’t be able to exercise.

Today the temperate dropped and I hope tomorrow they don’t increase so I can go for a walk with the kids.

How is the weather in your town or city? Do you have AC?

Spring is here, the weather is improving and sunny day are here inviting us to leave the indoor elliptical and take advantage of the outdoor fresh air.

Exercise is king. It keeps us healthy and fit. The fresh air, although with some pollution, cleans our lungs, the sun tuns us. No need to rush, no need to rough exercises, a simple walk outside does wonders to our body and soul. If you leave near a pine field (like I do) or near a park or forest, the natural view and nature sounds are a excellent healing for our busy daily life.

Use a sun protector, mosquito repellent, light clothes and go outside, exercise and feel alive.
