During Summer we get exposed to the sun and the UV causing burns and aging of the skin. The face is usually the most exposed part of the body therefore the one that suffers more damages.

The face skin must have an intense care and protection. Around the eyes it is a critical area because skin is very sensitive and we have to take really good care of it. Some people prefer to use products like prototype 37c other prefer home made products.

We can use basic products we usual have at home and make excellent creams and masks. They are easy to make and they are cheaper than the ones we buy on the stores. Here is a home made recipe for a wrinkle cream:

Do you feel tired? Do you wake up with a tired face? Do you wake up with dark circles under your eyes? If yes then you need to rest more.

I know life is not easy and sometimes we spend the day running from one place to another and between the kids, house, work and husband we have no time left for us. So, how can we minimize the traces of our daily life?

  • try to sleep more, one hour can make the difference
  • if you use make-up remove it all before going to bed
  • use a good tonic
  • use a good moisturized cream
  • in the morning clean your skin again
  • if necessary use a eye cream for dark circles
  • moisturize your skin with a good moisturized with a UV filter

Sometimes we can’t change our habits to prevent the age and tiredness signs but we can use some methods to disguise them.

Do you work hard and sleep only a few hours? If yes then you probably know what dark circles under the eyes are. I know what they are and when my kids were younger that happened all the time because they woke up several times a night. At the time I searched for the best under eye cream and started using it. I’m glad nowadays my kids are big enough to let me sleep through the night although other life problems, sometimes, keep me awake all night.

Now, How to cover the dark circles under the eyes? Here is a video showing how easy it is to do it.

We already know that adolescence brings us a weird and freaking new look that make us shy, embarrassed and complexed. I’m talking about the acne that usually attacks teenagers, when all those hormones are popping up in the body stream. We all know that acne appears, it’s treatable but can cause some inner psychological damage to the teenagers.

What about adult acne? Although people don’t talk about it often, adult onset acne is very common, especially in women, due to the hormone level variation throughout the month. Menstruation and contraceptive pills are the most important factors for adult acne in women.

Acne is also a hereditary disease, so if you have some family members suffering from it, it is possible that you and your kids will also have it.

Some medications can also have acne as a side effect. If you feel that a medication you are taking is causing you acne you should to your doctor and ask for advice. There are a wide variety of treatments available on the market but you should always check with a doctor before buying a treatment on your own.
