I have already written about my research about youth acne products and those who follow my posts know that I was told my 11 year old boy is too young to use acne treatments. Well, I was not convinced with the answer so I continue searching for the best acne treatments I could get for my son.

Yesterday I went to meet a friend that works in a pharmacy and he told me that there are products for all ages. Most teenagers or pre-teen like 11 or 12 year old kids already have skin changes that can be prevented and treated. He advised me the use of a soft and light gel that helps blackhead removal and a deep hydrate cream. For pimples that my son scratches he will be using a fast healing cream that speeds up healing and avoids skin marks.

All products are soft and light enough for his age so, never give up searching for the right products.

Many people, special teenagers what is blackhead?

Well, like wikipedia says:

A blackhead (medically known as an open comedo,[1] plural comedones) is a yellow or blackish bump or plug on the skin. A blackhead is a type of acne vulgaris. Contrary to the common belief that it is caused by poor hygiene, blackheads are caused by excess oils that have accumulated in the sebaceous gland’s duct. The substance found in these bumps mostly consists of keratin and modified sebum (an oily secretion of the sebaceous gland), which darkens as it oxidizes. Clogged hair follicles, where blackheads often occur, reflect light irregularly to produce a blackhead’s “black” hue.[2] For this reason, the blockage might not necessarily look black when extracted from the pore, but may have a more yellow-brown colour as a result of its melanin content.

It isn’t always easy to choose a good acne treatment. A treatment that can be excellent for one type of skin might not do any good to other type of skin. At www.bestacnemedicine.org we can find a selection of the best acne products as well as a detail comparison of the several products. However when choosing a acne treatment there is nothing better than taking an appointment with a dermatologist to have a professional opinion.

We had one week with temperatures around 104F (40ºC), it was really hot. The outdoor activities like walking, riding the bike or running were put aside. We had red alert (maximum) from the health department due to high temperatures and its risks to our health.

The temperature was so high that even inside the house was impossible to exercise. Not having AC is terrible with this weather. Even if I had fitness equipment at home I wouldn’t be able to exercise.

Today the temperate dropped and I hope tomorrow they don’t increase so I can go for a walk with the kids.

How is the weather in your town or city? Do you have AC?

I was surfing youtube when I came across this video that was quite impressive to me.

I was always underweight but I wasn’t having any eating disorder. Genes say so. I got tired of people telling me I was so skinny, that I should eat more. I did acupuncture, I did vitamins treatments, appetite increasing pills my food was controlled for quite some time without any weight increase. Genes spoke louder.

I know many people were envious of my body because they were fat an although they used apidexin and other pills, they weren’t able to lose weight. Now, in six months, I gained 6 kilos (+/- 12 pounds). My secret? No secret at all. I was working on an abusive environment, with daily verbal abuses and I quit the job. I had been there for 15,5 years and the stress wouldn’t let me increase weight.

I don’t have any miracle solution for those with extra weight but, healthy eating, exercise and a lot of water can help you out.

Those with eating disorders, please sick help, talk with your parents and friends about it, don’t be afraid to let people know you have a problem. They can help you get over it.

I believe this financial crisis that has reached us is putting everyone under a huge amount of stress. Lately a lot of people has been dying of heart attacks, lung embolism, brain embolism, etc.. One minute people are happily alive, talking and drinking, the other minute they just drop dead on the floor. What is going on?

Some people say it’s the junk food we eat, other says that it’s our sedentary lifestyle and stressful jobs. You know what: I’m afraid to get sick. If “normal” workers are all stressed out, imagine doctors and nurses. I’m sure they are feeling the same way. Medical negligence happens from time to time, we know that because on the News we hear about Louisiana Jones Act against doctors and other personal lawsuits related to fatal tragedies that could be avoid if the doctors where not so stressed out.

I’m not sure what is going to happen in a few years. Retirement is something from the past, most people work till they die, exhausted from so many hard years. Well, the government says people have to be productive and minimum retirement age extended so…we will be working until we die. Is this fair? When will we LIVE?
