Sony PlayStation 3 Slim Console (250GB Model)

Image via Wikipedia

PlayStation 3, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 3 are the words I hear more often in my house lately. My son let (not on propose of course) the PlayStation Portable fall on the floor and the screen is broken. To fix it I have to pay almost the same as a new PSP. I don’t know why a screen costs so much once the inside is still working 100%.

So, having the PSP kaput, now my son is always talking about the playstation 3 and how he would like to have one for Christmas.

I’m already sure that he’s not going to have one because, in my opinion, he already has too much for his age. He has a laptop, a PlayStation 2, the broken PSP and a Game Boy. Don’t you think these are enough?

Artificial pond stocked with pond fish

Image via Wikipedia

I have a big backyard where I have the Intex pool during Summer. There is also some extra space where I have some flowers, trees and where I would like to build a Koi Pond. I made a little research and I found out that to build a beautiful and healthy pond I will need several things:

  • good liner
  • pool pump
  • pool filter
  • don’t put too many fish on the pond
  • aquatic weed control
  • water plants (like lilies)
  • a net to clean the water surface
  • a water fountain is optional
  • and I will need water and the fish of course

Building a pond is in our to-do-list but it’s not a priority.

It’s amazing the number of people that doesn’t know how to receive money from Online transactions. When they hear about sell merchant accounts, resell accounts, paypal, moneybrokers or neteller they become really confused.

I’ve been “around” for several years so, that’s those names are not a mystery but there are people that when they read that they need to introduce their credit card number, they just freaked.

I personally am confident about paying goods and receive money online. Most sites have high security although nothing is inviolable.

What about you? Are you afraid of online transactions?

You thought I was going to write about diet pill reviews again. Well, you were wrong. Today is a special day, today it’s the World Environment Day.

Have you done anything lately to help the environment? I have been doing my share: recycling, reusing, composting, organic gardening, you can say I’m pretty much on the path of going green. But many people isn’t so, campaigns and special days like today have to continue. It’s our world we are talking about, our kids and grandkids world and we have to make a statement in order to help the environment.
