Well, it seems that another ingredient was discovered that will make many people smile. The ingredient is irvingia gabonensis, a natural product that have almost non-existent side effects and when submitted to testing by several people, the weight loss was quite impressive. With Summer just around the corner, I’m sure this product will be the miracle some people need to lose weight.

Over the past months I have been downloading tons and tons of free reports and videos about how to succeed online. Every time I see a click here with the offer of a free report I click and save. I confess that I am overloaded with information and instead of focus on my blogs, I spend too much time reading reports and watching videos.

Information is important but I am realizing that everybody is talking about the same tactics to earn money online as well as use Social Media, the difference is that there are several ways of telling them.

For my own sake and success I think I’m going to stop downloading more reports and I’m going to unsubscribe from several newsletter I have been receiving.

Do you feel that all entrepreneurs are telling the same thing only in different ways?

It’s amazing how newer generations are developing. I guess evolution is happening everyday although we don’t notice it.

Comparing the height of past generations we realize that we are taller than our parents, our children are taller than us and our grandchildren will be taller than our children. Of course there are exceptions but the pattern is visible.

Besides the height we are also evolving to bigger generations. When I mention bigger I mean weight and volume. If height does not bring consequences (door height should be checked ) bigger is a real problem.

The present generation is already bigger than past ones and so is the number of diseases. Everyday we see people looking for big and tall clothing because they wear XXL size. Something must be done. We have to give our kids a healthy education, healthy food and healthy lifestyle, otherwise they will grow big and will get sick more often than those that have healthy habits.

Please remember, Taller is good, bigger is bad. We don’t want big people, we want healthy, taller people.
