Photo program for Windows Vista

I’m looking for a Photo program for Windows Vista. I love the Photo Editor of Office 2002 but I can’t find a similar one for Vista. Windows Vista only has a photo viewer where we can’t past or cut new photos we have. I need a simple program to edit, cut, manage my photos, if you know one please leave me a comment.
