Do you have a business to sell?

I always wanted to have my own business but initial investment was always a problem. No money, no business. I know some people that established their own business, and are very successful but I also know others that simply did mistakes while investing on the business and, even trying for a few years, never recovered and the business just didn’t work.
There are also those, that having a successful business want to sell it while it is giving profit. The problem is that most of the time the business is overpriced and they spend months or years trying to sell it. I guess a small business valuation should be done before any attempt to sell any business, especially the small one, usually from private individuals that easily overprice it to gain some extra money, what can be a not so clever idea.

mee to, i always want to make money via small bussiness that require no money and spend a little timea, but who knows ..?
